1 out of 5 stars waste of paper   August 5, 2004

This book is a required reading for a paper I am doing on e-commerce. Why am I rating it 1 star?

Definitions: contradictory and often plain wrong. Impossible to understand or memorise. It appears to be intentionally written in a language hard to understand. I guess it's for super-people.

Headings of paragraphs: contradict with the actual content.

It also uses (technical) terms in non-technical context. Something like "inventing" new terminology for things that already have clear and widely accepted terminology. This would wihtout a doubt make a conversation between a manager and Information Systems professional looooong and unbearable.

Overall: One of the worst textbooks I've used to date.
Inconsistent. Wrong. Impossible to understand/use.
