Barbara Sykes is amazing when it comes to learning the language of dogs. Her ideas and very simple training and behaviour modification techniques make it easy to follow and by doing so you come out top dog! She does not promise quick fixes. No one can. That's impossible but what she does provide is the means to having a wonderful relationship with your dog. I recently purchased this book and just by following her simple instructions, learning about my own dog, and giving out the right signals, I already see a change in my dogs behaviour!
A truly marvellous book. The introduction between children and dogs is a very important one but just by reading this book, you'll see how easy it is to take the right steps to ensuring a happy relationship between the dog and child and above all, safety.
