This is a good cookery book, not only the means of the excellent recipes from around the aussie coastline.
It is also interesting to read as a book, which not so many cookbooks are these days, out of my book collection 2 or 3 have this element.
I do recommend you read it for yourself.
Put together by an excellent chef, Ben, both in the public eye and in the very busy restaurant. Ben & Curtis are definitely guys you can learn from.
