This book list most dog breeds, including many rare and un-recognised by KCGB. Invaluable when choosing a dog for your family. Will your chosen dog get on well with your children?, Will it require long walks?, Is it happy in an Urban environment?. All these considerations are covered by this book.
There also seems to be at least one full colour photograph of each dog breed, allowing quick visual searching for a dog you may have seen, but don't know.
